The Economic Policy Innovation Center (EPIC) is hiring an Administrative Assistant.

EPIC develops and promotes economic policy to advance a free and prosperous America. We achieve this through original research to inform practical policy solutions, providing federal policymakers with the information they need to promote growth and opportunity for all Americans.

The Administrative Assistant will have the opportunity to join a dynamic policy organization and learn from seasoned professionals as they handle administrative duties as part of a growing organization. This role will be primarily in-person at our Capitol Hill offices.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Administrative Assistant will:

  • Handle scheduling for EPIC’s Chief of Staff.
  • Assist with event planning, both in-house and off-site, as well as logistics for all events.
  • Work with the Chief of Staff to execute day-to-day operations, including preparations for Board Meetings and other stakeholder events.
  • Maintain exceptional professionalism with guests and stakeholders by phone, email, and in person.
  • Research new platforms and help identify ways to innovate and improve upon existing processes for maximum efficiency within the organization.

The Administrative Assistant will report to the Chief of Staff.


  • This is an entry-level position.

  • Demonstrated organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism, as well as exercise discretion and good judgment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new platforms.
  • Willingness to learn and assist with projects as required.
  • A belief in free markets, limited government, and a faith in the capacity and ingenuity of the American people.
