Zoe Louise Jackman
Chief of Staff

Zoe Jackman is Chief of Staff of the Economic Policy Innovation Center (EPIC). She specializes in strategic thinking and results-driven execution, drawing on her time working in both the federal government and the private sector.
Prior to joining EPIC, Jackman was Special Advisor for Government Affairs at the American Petroleum Institute (API), where she drove integrated advocacy efforts and facilitated member-driven engagement strategies for key issues impacting the oil and natural gas industry, as well as managed API’s Political Action Committee (PAC). Prior to API, Jackman worked at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant for Operations Transformation for the United States Air Force.
Jackman previously served for all four years of the Donald J. Trump Administration, starting as Special Assistant to the President & Director of Student Leadership Initiatives and Volunteer Engagement. She then moved to serve as Senior Advisor to the Chief of Protocol at the U.S. Department of State, where she led planning for all aspect of the G7 presidency and led senior delegations for diplomatic engagements. She ended her time at the White House as SAP & Senior Advisor, focused on special projects for the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations.
Before entering public service, Jackman began her career at BGR Group, a premier bipartisan lobbying and PR firm based in Washington, DC, as the direct associate to Founding Partner and former Governor of Mississippi Haley Barbour.
Jackman holds a BA with Honors in History and Global Development from Queen’s University in Canada, an MSc with Merit in Middle Eastern Politics and Islamic Law from the University of London School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), and is a graduate of the Protocol School of Washington.
She is a member of the Junior League of Washington, DC, and resides in our nation’s capital.
